About Mai Sakurajima ANI*STATUE
Seishun Buta Yaro follows the story of high schooler Sakuta Azusagawa, who meets “bunny girl,” former actress, and upperclassman Mai Sakurajima in the school library. As the two get closer, Mai starts to show the protagonist her playful side, and this new Ani*Statue by Kotobukiya depicts the bunny girl caught in one of these moments!
Perched on a school desk, Mai lifts her bunny headband with an impish smile. The curves of her outstretched leg are highlighted by the translucent coloring of the black tights she wears with her school uniform.
